Einstein On The Road Photo Contest - Official Rules

No purchase necessary.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Einstein Energy and its affiliates are not eligible.

How to Enter: Spot the Einstein Energy truck, take an original photo featuring the truck, and post it to Instagram during the Contest Period. Your post must tag @einsteinenergylab and include #EinsteinOnTheRoad. Your Instagram account must be public so your entry can be viewed.

Contest Period: Begins 9/29/26 and ends 10/29/26.

Judging: Eligible entries will be judged by Einstein Energy based on creativity (40%), originality (30%), and how well the photo captures the Einstein Energy/“Einstein on the Road” spirit (30%). The entry receiving the highest overall score will be selected as the winner. This is a skill-based contest; the winner will not be selected at random.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive $250. Approximate retail value: $250. No substitution or transfer of prize except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Photo Requirements: Entries must be the entrant’s original work and must not infringe the rights of others. Do not take photographs while driving or engage in unsafe or unlawful activity to obtain a photo. Sponsor may disqualify inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable entries.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @einsteinenergylab and must respond within [48 hours] to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Sponsor may select the next highest-scoring entry.

Use of Entries: By entering, entrants grant Einstein Energy permission to repost, share, and use their submitted photo, username, and caption in connection with the contest and Einstein Energy marketing, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
